Gluten-Free Sausage Bake

This was a recipe that I threw together last minute with all the leftover stuff in the fridge. Using those extra vegetables and adding a protein can really make for an easy and quick meal!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

In a baking dish, throw in some sweet potatoes and/or potatoes and your protein. In this case, I used honey garlic sausage

Sprinkle over some brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Bake until half way through, then add your vegetables:

I used red peppers, green beans, and green onions

Finish cooking through.

Done! Enjoy!
