Remember loving Quaker’s Peaches and Cream Oatmeal as a kid?! That was my favourite but the sugar is high and homemade is always better.
So! I made this little recipe which totally satisfies the craving and definitely reminds me of eating Quaker’s every morning as a child.
First, make your favourite, simple quick oatmeal and broil one peach that is cut in half until hot and soft
Add to the oatmeal:
Add the peaches on top and dab vanilla Greek yogurt on the peaches. I also added a little bit of mint for a refreshing twist!
