Tomato Tuna Melt with Peach and Radish Salad

This is a favourite for lunch. It is a healthy and light meal with great flavour and summer colour!

Tuna Ingredients:

1/2 can of tuna
2 tsp of mayo
Green Onion
Celery
Sweet Teriyaki Seasoning

Stuff into a tomato and sprinkle with parm cheese

Bake at 400F until the cheese melts.

Salad Ingredients:

Sliced peach
Two Radishes sliced
Carrot peeled
Sliced red onion
Pepper and salt
Lemon zest
EVOO drizzled over the top

Done! Enjoy!
