Simple Shrimp Stir-Fry

I love this! It took me literally 6 minutes to make and it is so colourful!

Ingredients:
Butter
Salt
Pepper
1 Garlic clove
Thyme
Your protein of choice
1/2 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 Green onion
2 Radishes

Method:

In a frying pan or Wok:
A little butter
Salt
Pepper
1 garlic clove
Thyme (or your favourite fresh herb)

Add your protein. I used leftover scampi

Then add in peeled up zucchini and carrots (they cook faster this way), chopped green onion, and radishes.

When they are all just becoming soft and your protein is cooked, you’re done!

Done! Enjoy!
