Beans and Toast… with a Side of Chicken

Protein!!! Amazing meal, especially for those soon to be cool evenings

I rubbed the chicken with:

Sage
Garlic powder
Pepper

I cooked at 350 until down and golden brown

Beans:

Can of black beans
Can of six-bean blend
2 minced garlic cloves
Green onion
1 tsp of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of chicken broth
2 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 bay leaf

In a pot, with bean ingredients, heat over medium until hot. Remove bay leaf

Serve together with toast and a side salad if you want.

Done! Enjoy!
